R&d Design

Casting and forging process

Valves are manufactured by forging or casting processes. For valves with complex structure, casting valve bodies are usually used, and the gradual improvement of modern casting process makes casting valves also have excellent strength. Forged valves offer higher precision and strength.

Machining

In our factory, we have a large number of mechanical lathes and CNC lathes capable of performing mechanical precision machining, as well as experienced staff who can precisely machined materials with specific capabilities: duplex stainless steel, various titanium, nickel, chromium and other materials.
